I had to sell my mobile home in a hurry and move in with my daughter to help raise their new baby. My son in-law’s uncle is a realtor and recommended Mike. Mike came over to look at my mobile home, and to discuss his process of selling, and understanding his flat rate commission; in terms I would understand (I had never sold a house before). It sounded too easy to be true. But it was! I messaged him photos of my home, which he posted; and very soon, interested buyers contacted him. In my case, my home sold in less than one month. Mike made my transition easy and effortless. He always returned calls and messages right away.. His work ethic is to be commended for his dedication to his clients. He does take communication very seriously with both the seller and buyer. I was very happy with my experience with Mike. I highly recommend his services without hesitation. He is honest and trustworthy, and he will take good care of you. You’ll never have to worry about a single concern.

Your availability to answer questions and run interference on my behalf was above and beyond a normal sales representation for a property.
