Welcome to VA Used Mobile Homes, your trusted partner in the mobile home industry.
At the helm of our operations is Mike Cheatham, an industry veteran with a lifelong passion for mobile homes. Fresh out of high school, Mike dove headfirst into the mobile home industry and has been dedicated to it ever since. Now he’s an invaluable resource to our team and customers alike.
Though Mike no longer moves homes himself, he’s surrounded by a skilled crew he’s known for years who are experts in relocating mobile and modular homes. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Mike can guide you through pricing considerations and ensure you’re working with a competent crew.
Mike is also a state and DMV licensed mobile home broker with over 30 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry. His expertise is a testament to our commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients.
